Physician Assistant – Surgical First Assist – 1 hour from Syracuse and Rochester, NY
Position Overview
Seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join a surgical team in Central New York. This role includes serving as a First Assist in the operating room and supporting both pre- and post-operative care in the clinic setting.
Practice Highlights
- Work alongside the Chief of Surgery, Vascular, and Oncology Surgeons
• Serve as First Assist in the OR
• Participate in pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-up
• Assist with inpatient rounding as needed
• Support continuity of care through communication with referring and primary care providers
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $115,000–$135,000
