Leading community-based tertiary medical center in Passaic, New Jersey, is seeking a skilled Physician Assistant (PA) to support its cardiac surgery program. The hospital serves as a regional hub for cardiovascular services, cancer care, maternal-child health, and behavioral health, employing over 1,000 staff and more than 550 physicians.
#### Responsibilities:
Provide management and supervision of clinical practice activities
Deliver patient care with attention to detail and professional standards
Perform clinical duties such as lab draws, vitals, and injections
Interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and external partners
Support operational leadership and maintain strong internal/external communications

#### Qualifications:
Current and valid PA license
Current BLS (AHA) certification, maintained while employed
Bilingual skills preferred, but not required

#### Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay, estimated between $60.95 and $67.29
Final compensation based on skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure
