What You'll Be Doing:

• Night-only inpatient coverage—no OR, no clinic, no call

• Manage a mix of general surgery, bariatric, vascular, and GYN surgical patients

• Collaborate with a robust team: 8 PAs, 10 surgeons, and full support staff

• Use Epic EMR to streamline documentation

• Care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in a fast-paced setting

• 90,000 annual ER visits – get hands-on experience in a busy, high-acuity environment

The Details:

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed (30–40 days)

• Schedule: Full-time nights only, no weekends or call

• Duration: 3–6 months, with extension possible

• Location: Springfield, MA – travel & lodging fully covered

• Payrate: $140/hr

Must-Haves:

• Active MA license – REQUIRED

• NCCPA Certification

• At least 1 year of General Surgery experience – no new grads

• Comfortable managing post-op surgical patients overnight

• Willingness to work nights only
