Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited PA program physically located within the U.S.
• Currently certified through NCCPA
• Current, valid, and unrestricted independent PA license through the state of Montana, or ability to obtain prior to credential committee meeting a Unrestricted DEA license
• Ability to enroll in all payer programs: including Medicare, Medicaid, BC/BS, etc.
• Greater than 2 years of practice in TACS
Preferences:
• Completion of at least 12 month in-person post graduate clinical residency
Required certifications:
• BLS - basic CPR
• ATLS - advanced trauma life support
