Job description
We are hiring a Trauma Surgery Provider for an ongoing locum assignment in Shasta County, CA!
Job details:
- Coverage: June – ongoing
- Practice type: Levell II Trauma
- Shift: Nights 3pm-1am
- June 6th – June 7th and June 17th – June 21st
- July and August all month, looking for 7 on/7 off preferably
- Required Procedures: Low/moderate risk procedures such as laceration repair, IV access/IV insertion-peripheral line, fracture and dislocation reductions (minimal/moderate displacement). High risk procedures: G-tube placement, endotracheal intubation, cardioversion/defibrillation, LMA, paracentesis, chest tubes, central and arterial line placement.
- EMR: Cerner Care B
Job Requirements:
- NCCPA or ANCC Certified - REQUIRED
- Active CA license – REQUIRED
- CA DEA, ACLS, BLS & ATLS – REQUIRED
- Must be actively working at a TJC-accredited hospital - REQUIRED
