NC license Required; DEA; BLS and PALS.
Transplant APP will provide inpatient care for acute and chronically ill pre- and post-transplant patients (up to 4 months post-op),
supporting transplant surgery, nephrology, and hepatology teams.
The role includes managing adult and pediatric patients with complex liver, pancreas, and kidney conditions.
Responsibilities also include patient education, perioperative care, and discharge planning.
Prior experience with surgical or transplant patients and the ability to work independently is preferred.
