Job description
Specialty Group of General Surgeons seek to add a full-time Physician Assistant. This Physician Assistant will support a very busy Board Certified, General Surgeon in both the OR and the clinic. Responsibilities include: first assist, pre- and post-operative H&P’s, writing scripts, consultation and patient evaluation and education, reviewing lab results in both a clinic and hospital setting. They are located in a state-of-the-art facility. The position is a four-and-a-half-day work week, which provides a great work/life balance and no ER or trauma call.
Successful Physician Assistants should be NCCPA-Certified or Eligible and the Doctor will train the right candidate.
The location is in the beautiful coastal city of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The area offers strong schools, moderate cost of living, great weather and is especially desirable for the ocean lover!
