Urgent Neurosurgery Physician Assistant Locums Job in New York
Jackson and Coker is partnered with a hospital located in New York City that is needing locums Neurosurgery PA coverage beginning April 2025. The facility wants to fulfill a full-time schedule from April and ongoing.
Details/Requirements:
--Active New York license
--Type of coverage: 3-4 weeks a month
--Shifts: 6:30P – 7:30A, 7 days a week
--Specific dates requested: Start April 1
--Call volume: N/A
--Case volume per day or per week: 15-25
--Job duties: First Assist OR, Neuro ICU, perform EVD troubleshooting, no follow up on patients in clinic
--Support staff: 1 MD on call and/or 1 PA
--Credentialing timeline: 1-2 weeks with cooperation of provider
--Facility details: 495-bed facility, designated level II trauma center, Epic EMR
