Advance Practice Provider - Surgical Service/Hospitalist Opening in NY Potsdam, NY Work Schedule: 3-4 days per week, with a minimum of 10 hours of daytime coverage per day. Position Overview: A renowned healthcare organization is seeking full-time Advance Practice Providers for their Surgical Service/Hospitalist team. This role involves a dynamic combination of responsibilities, including: Surgical Operating Room Involvement: Working alongside various surgical departments including Orthopedics, OB/GYN, and General Surgery. Medical Surgical Floor Coverage: Providing follow-up inpatient care. The schedule is based on organizational needs. On-Call Requirements: Approximately 52 call nights per year, including 1 in 4 weekend call coverage. Location: Primary service location is a well-equipped facility in the Canton-Potsdam area. Financial Package: Compensation: Competitive, based on industry standards. Signing Bonus: $5,000. Relocation Assistance: $7,500. Licensing & Professional Dues: Up to $1,000. Continuing Medical Education (CME): $2,000 allowance. Annual Leave: 200 hours. Holiday Leave: Up to 7 days.
