Our client in Onondaga County, NY is in need of Locum General Surgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for WEEKEND COVERAGE!

Job Details:

• Shift: Friday - Sunday 7a-7p or 7p-7a

• APP will be working Autonomously

• Supervising Physician available at all times, but not necessarily on site

• Required Duties: Pre-Op Physical Exams, Suture Removal, Diagnose Illnesses, Treat Illnesses, Order Tests, Interpret Tests, Assist in Surgery, Write Prescriptions, Coordination of Care

• Candidate must have a strong laparoscopic and open background as well as robotics.

Job Requirements:

• NCCPA -Required (for PAs)

• RNFA & FNP - Required (for NPs)

• Needs strong surgical inpatient experience and robotics experience. 3+ years

• Must be proficient in Da Vinci Robotics Si and Xi and CERTIFIED

• NY state license

• Local candidates only

• BLS and ACLS

• Clean background with no malpractice
