Located in Southern WI - 75 miles from Milwaukee and 100 miles from Chicago

- FT; 36 patient contact hours per week; M-F

- Qualifications: Seeking Full-time PA-C/APRN-C within the General and Vascular Surgery Department

**Job Duties include:**
- APP-independent clinic
- Designated time before clinic for hospital rounding/consults
- Performs accurate history and physical examination of patients. Develops patient care plans and conducts comprehensive care.
- Performs procedures according to clinical delineation of privileges. Orders and interprets tests, treatments, and therapies within the scope of practice.
