An exceptional hospital, 30 minutes from Manhattan, NY, is seeking a Cardio Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to assist with coverage. This is an immediate need for at least 8 weeks of coverage. They need a provider with Critical Care experience as they will cover the Cardiovascular ICU. The experienced provider will work alongside the surgeons and actively participate in all aspects of peri-operative care and management in the Cardiac Surgery service including office consultations and all related follow-up, inpatient care, and consultations. No surgery required, just pre and post-surgical care. There are night and day shifts available – 12 hours - provider can choose the days.
