Physician Assistant - Cardiothoracic Surgery

Asante is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Cardiothoracic Surgery team in Medford, Oregon. The Physician Assistant will provide direct patient care services to CT surgery patients by providing first and second surgical assistant services, hospital care services, and clinic-based services.

We are offering:

- Base salary of $160,000 per year
- Annual performance incentives of up to 16% of base salary starting in year 2
- $20,000 signing bonus
- $10,000 relocation assistance
- $4,000 annual CME allowance
- 30 days of vacation per year

Education: Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Physician Assistant in Cardiothoracic Surgery is required.

Licensure: Physician Assistant (PA-C) certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician's Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners (OBME) required.
