A Cardiothoracic Surgery NP/PA is needed to join this large healthcare system in Northern Minnesota. This position will be an 80/20 split between the hospital and the clinic. You will have the opportunity to round on patients in the hospital as well as work with an established team, seeing complex patients in the specialty clinic. Your typical schedule will be Monday-Friday from 7:00am-5:00pm, plus weekend coverage on an every other weekend basis. During your weekends working, you will have the choice to take a day off the following week or take payment for extra time. Weekend shifts will be 7:00am-12:00pm.
