We are seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Cardio-thoracic Surgery experience to join our established healthcare team. The ACNP/PA will join the Heart & Vascular team within the multi-specialty clinic.

Schedule is M-F 8a-5p Paid on Call position rotation in clinic, OR, hospital rounds,

Practice in a high-volume clinic & hospital setting. Follow-up appointments, Assist in OR in CT/CV/Device surgeries, Management of CCU/ICU patients; Pre- and Post-op orders, discharge planning, rounding, Collaborative practice with excellent clinic staff, 10-12 patients per day

1-5 procedures per day

Salary is experience driven $100-135K wRVU conversions factor of $42/wRVU
