A healthcare facility in Grand Forks, ND is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Cardiothoracic Surgery experience for a locum assignment covering provider leave.
This is a Monday–Friday schedule with no routine call, working alongside an established cardiothoracic surgery team.

Job Responsibilities
Clinic and hospital setting
Combination of inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic
Patient Volume
10–14 clinic patients per day
Daily inpatient cardiothoracic surgery rounding
Team Structure:
You will be working with an experienced care team including:
2 Cardiothoracic Surgeons
2 Advanced Practice Providers (one currently on leave)
RN and LPN clinic support staff
Key Responsibilities:
Inpatient cardiothoracic surgery rounding
Manage post-operative cardiac surgery patients
Provide clinic follow-ups and consultations
Collaborate with CT surgeons and care team on treatment plans
Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Board Certified
Prior Cardiothoracic Surgery experience required
Experience managing cardiac surgery patients
