Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: 2026-02-01
- End Date: 2026-05-01
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 0700-1700
Clinical Details:
- Practice Setting: Hospital Cardiac Surgery, primarily Operating Room with some ICU/floor coverage
- Call Schedule: Varies, 1-2 evenings a week, Operating call from home
- Call Ratio: 1/week
- Documentation System/EMR: Epic
- Trauma Level: Level 2
- Supervising Physician Present During Assignment
- Patient Age Demographic: Adult
- Required Duties:
- Chest Tube Insertions
- Retrieval of Vascular Tissues for Use as a Bypass Conduit
- OR 1st assist
Requirements:
- NCCPA
- Active NY State License
- BLS & ACLS
- Must have cardiac surgery operating experience, 1st assist, vein harvest, etc.
- Robotic experience a plus
