- Coverage Needed:
- Schedule: Shifts in the OR 7-5 day shift – 1 overnight call Weekdays
- Weekday:
- Day Shift: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Night Call: 5:00 pm - 7:00 am (once per week)
- Weekend Call:
- Fri @ 5:00 pm - Mon @ 7:00 am
- Weekday:
- Specific Dates:
- Jan 11-Jan 23
- Mar 15-22
- Schedule: Shifts in the OR 7-5 day shift – 1 overnight call Weekdays
- Clinical Information:
- Cover ICU, PCU and OR
- EMR: Meditech / ECW
- Vein Harvesting System: Vasoview Hemopro 2
- Typical Volume: 450-500 hearts / year
- Bed: 330
- Support Staff: 2 Surgeons, 4 PAs, 1 NP
- Requirements:
- Active NH License and DEA
- Required Procedures/Skills: Harvest Vein
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in CVOR First Assist
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
