- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 10-20 and 30 beds in the department. The schedule is 7 on/7 off with 12-hour shifts from 1900 to 0700, providing coverage for both cardiothoracic and vascular surgery patients. Responsibilities include managing vascular surgery ICU patients in coordination with critical care, as well as vascular and cardiothoracic surgery floor patients. There are no cardiothoracic surgery ICU responsibilities, no surgical or operating room duties, and no call requirements.

Job Responsibilities
* Manage vascular surgery ICU patients in collaboration with critical care.
* Manage vascular and cardiothoracic surgery floor patients.
* Deliver patient care without surgical, operating room, or call duties.
Qualifications
* Experience with ICU co-management preferred.
* Ability to work independently during night shifts.
Working Hours
* 12-hour shifts, 1900–0700.
* No call required.
Skills
* Proficiency in caring for postoperative vascular and cardiothoracic patients.
* Effective communication and collaboration with critical care teams.
* Ability to manage both ICU and floor patients efficiently.
