- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified and trauma level 1 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. There are an average of 3-4 patients per shift. A couple of locums have withdrawn, and the need is being reopened for 2 full-time providers. This position requires a full-time schedule of 36–40 hours per week with weekend call, and it is not suitable for candidates seeking only 1–2 weekends per month or occasional coverage. The schedule is typically three 12-hour shifts, not including call. Responsibilities include OR first assist, scheduled clinic hours, and call coverage on nights and weekends. Call occurs approximately every five weekends, running from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with regular work shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. performed in-house, while weekend call runs from Friday at 6:00 p.m. through Monday at 6:30 a.m. and is taken from home. The role is primarily OR-based with some required ICU floor time. Systems and equipment include Marquet, Cerner, EVH, and first assist duties. IMLC candidates cannot be accepted, overtime requires prior approval, and lunch breaks must be clocked out and back in.

Job Responsibilities
• Work primarily in the OR with some required ICU floor time
• Perform OR first assist and EVH duties
• Cover scheduled clinic hours
• Take night and weekend call, including call approximately every five weekends
• Respond to calls from home during weekend call periods
• Use Marquet equipment and Cerner EMR
• Clock out and back in for lunch breaks
Qualifications
• Experience with OR first assist and EVH
• Proficiency with Cerner and Marquet equipment
• Ability to provide consistent full-time coverage, not PRN
• Willingness to participate in both OR and ICU responsibilities
Working Hours
• Typically three 12-hour shifts, not including call
• Regular shift: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in-house
• Night call: 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
• Weekend call: Friday 6:00 p.m. to Monday 6:30 a.m. from home
• Call rotation approximately every five weekends
• Overtime requires prior approval
