$180/hr CVT Surgery PA Opportunity - | Las Vegas, NV | Travel + Lodging Included!

We’re seeking an experienced PA to support a Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery team in Las Vegas, NV. This locum opportunity offers $180/hr, full travel and lodging coverage, and the chance to assist in complex, life-saving procedures.

💼 Position Overview:

• Location: Las Vegas, NV

• Start Date: September 25, 2025

• Pay Rate: $180/hr (plus competitive call and holiday premiums)

• Duration: 2–3 month blocks preferred

• Days/Month: 15–20

• Setting: Acute Care Hospital

• EMR: Cerner

🩺 Role Responsibilities:

• First assist in complex CVT surgeries (CABG, valve replacements, etc.)

• Manage pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care for CVT patients

• Rotate 24-hour first call coverage (shared among two APPs)

• Round on inpatients and coordinate interdisciplinary care

• Consult in ER for CVT-related cases

• Order and interpret labs, prescribe meds, and collaborate across teams

• Work closely with physicians and leadership; additional duties as assigned

✅ Must-Haves:

• Board Certified NP

• NV license or Compact License

• Active BLS, ACLS, DEA

• CVT surgical experience required – must first assist
