Start Date: 8/25/2025
Contract Length: 13 weeks (with potential to extend)
Location: Tennessee
Shifts: 12-hour Days or Nights – Flexible Schedule
Call: Optional
Coverage Needed: Minimum 8–10 shifts/month
EMR: Epic
Highlights:
- Join a major Level I Trauma & Teaching Hospital (1,190 beds)
- Work alongside top surgeons on high-acuity procedures:
- Heart transplants (frequent!)
- Valve replacements, LVADs, ECMO, TAVRs, aortic procedures
- Endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH) REQUIRED – Hemopro & Maquet systems
- Heart transplant experience strongly preferred
Requirements:
- Certified First Assist PA with 3–5+ years CV surgery experience
- SFA Cert, BLS, ACLS, PALS required
- Active TN license preferred (will consider those in process)
