- Other Details: The facility which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover In-House call only. There are an average of 3-5 patients per shift. A PA or NP is needed to support an employed cardiovascular surgeon by rounding on postoperative inpatients in the hospital for 2–3 hours per day and being available to assist in both scheduled and emergency surgical procedures. The primary surgical skill required is endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH), using the Terumo system. This is a call-only position with no clinic or office hours required. The ideal candidate will have prior surgical experience, and preference will be given to those who are RNFA-certified.

Job Responsibilities
* Assist in regularly scheduled and emergency surgical procedures.
* Perform endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH) using the Terumo system.
* Be available during call hours to support surgical needs.
Qualifications
* Surgical experience required.
* RNFA certification preferred.
* Credentialed to assist in cardiovascular surgical procedures.
Working Hours
* No clinic or office hours required.
* Daily hospital rounding (2–3 hours) and surgical availability as needed.
Skills
* Strong surgical assistance capabilities.
* Effective inpatient post-operative care and assessment.
* Ability to respond promptly to emergency surgical cases.
