Practice Setting

• Inpatient cardiothoracic surgery service
• Supported by ICU team and full hospital staff
• 6-10 patients/day in CTICU
• Manage pre/post-op for CABG, valve, aorta, and ECMO patients

Schedule

• Day (7a-7p) and night (7p-7a) shifts available
• Summer blocks still open - choose weeks that fit your schedule
• 12 shifts/month minimum
• No surgical responsibility required

Procedures and Cases

• Cardiac surgery admissions and consults
• Manage AVR, MVR, CABG, ascending aorta, ECMO
• Place radial arterial and central lines

Requirements

• Certified Physician Assistant with ACLS
• 2+ years of CV surgery experience required
• Must hold active PA license at start
• Open to both locum and temp-to-perm availability

Credentialing Requirements

• 60-90 day credentialing timeline
• Full onboarding support provided
