• Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 APP, 1 Office Staff, Surgery Scheduler
• EMR: Cerner (Hospital); Athena (Clinic)
• Other Info:
- Not required to perform EVH
- No OR First assist
- Will work/cover 2 facilities
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
