Schedule:
All open heart cases. CABG, AVR, MVR Cric. Arrest, etc. Also to include Thoracic and vascular
Schedule 10 hour shifts Mon- Friday, 6 am to 4 pm
No weekends
No call at this point.
300 CV cases last year. Expecting an increase in CV volume this year.
One location
We have a growing heart program. One new CV surgeon.
Duties:
Experience 2-5 years
Ability to harvest veins endoscopically
Assist in Surgery, pre and post
Pt. Census daily 10-25
2 Hearts per day, 3-4 in surgery per day
Round with physician, prep patient
Consults if needed
