Facility in Redding, CA is seeking a Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic APP with significant CV surgery experience, particularly in endovascular vein harvesting (EVH). Candidates must specify their EVH experience upon submission.
PayRates:
- Hourly: $170
- Night Call: $400 per night (includes 2.5 hours gratis)
- Call Back: $170/hr
- Holiday Rates: 1.5x regular rates
Dates of Coverage:
- Feb 12-18
- Mar 12-18
- Apr 7-9 (5p start)
- Apr 29-30
- May 1-12
- May 27-31
- June 1-9
- June 24-30
- Ongoing 2024 dates TBD
Requirements:
- AANP or NCCPA Certified
- Active CA license
- Active ACLS, BLS, DEA
- Clean malpractice/background
- Availability for listed dates for consideration for ongoing dates
- Recent and substantial CV surgical assist and EVH experience required
Details:
- Shifts: 7a-5p onsite, then night call 5p-7a. Minimal call back.
- Work includes general CV/CT support, with about 10-11 heart surgeries per month.
- Support with other thoracic cases, morning rounds, and post-op patient notes.
- Follow-up clinics on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
