Staff Information: Number of Dr – 1 Physician Number of APP providers – 2 NPs
Patient Information: OR Cases per day? (2-3) Patients seen in the clinic per day (5-12) Patients seen on the floor – Average 6-10
Required Procedures/Skills: EVH – What type of EVH System ( Maquet, Hemopro, Terumo )? CABG, TAVR, AAA, AVR, MVR Any other types of cases – NO - Bedside procedures – Standard Skills
