Job description
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative Sleep Medicine and Pulmonology practice near Denver, CO. This role offers close collaboration with an established sleep lab and multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality outpatient care with potential inpatient consults.
Schedule:
- Primarily outpatient; potential inpatient consults
- Weekday clinic hours; minimal call
Sleep Medicine:
- Conduct comprehensive sleep evaluations, including detailed sleep histories and physical examinations
- Assist in the diagnosis and management of sleep disorders, including obstructive sleep apnea and other complex sleep-related conditions
- Interpret sleep study results in collaboration with sleep physicians
- Manage PAP therapy, including initiation, troubleshooting, and ongoing patient education
- Coordinate care with sleep lab staff, DME providers, and respiratory therapy
Pulmonology:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common pulmonary conditions, including:
- Asthma
- Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
- Provide evidence-based treatment plans and longitudinal pulmonary care
- Participate in inpatient pulmonary or sleep-related consults as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
- Colorado license (or eligible), national board certification, DEA (or eligible)
- Strong interest or experience in Sleep Medicine and Pulmonology
- Preferred: Prior sleep or pulmonary experience; PAP therapy and sleep lab workflow familiarity
Compensation & Benefits:
- $115,000–$145,000 annually

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive sleep evaluations and manage sleep-related disorders
- Collaborate with sleep lab staff and assist with sleep study interpretation
- Manage PAP therapy and coordinate with DME providers
- Evaluate and treat pulmonary conditions, including Asthma and COPD
- Participate in select inpatient consults as needed
