NP - Rheumatology opening in New Hampshire Located in Peterborough, NH Full-Time & Permanent Seeking a certified Nurse Practitioner to join Rheumatology team. Patient Care Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Diagnose and treat rheumatologic conditions, prescribing medications as needed
- Provide preventive care services including screenings and patient education Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate and compliant electronic health records
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
