- Hospital employed practice is seeking a BC/BE Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team
- Base salary: 120K – 180K
- 4.5-day work week – practice out of two clinics
- Join one physician and one Nurse Practitioner in practice
- Experienced candidate preferred but group is willing to train, if needed
- Population: 26,000
- Robust benefits package offered
- 99-bed independent community hospital
- Located an hour from both Rockford, IL and Davenport, IA, 90 minutes from Peoria, and 2 hours from Chicago
- Airport offered in Rockford with flights to 7 major US cities
