Position Overview
A highly successful and high-volume Radiology practice in the Atlanta, Georgia area is actively seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their Interventional Radiology (IR) team.
This is a premier opportunity for a procedure-focused APP seeking exceptional work-life balance. Core Responsibilities
You will perform a high volume of image-guided procedures and manage patient care throughout the hospital setting.

Procedural Duties: Independently perform procedures including thoracentesis, paracentesis, CT-guided and Ultrasound-guided biopsies, and the placement/removal of PICC lines, tunneled catheters, and ports.

Clinical Management: Conduct comprehensive history and physicals (H&Ps), manage daily hospital rounds, and oversee inpatient consults.

Patient Coordination: Develop treatment plans, educate patients regarding discharge care, and document progress in the EMR.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience Required: Candidates must have at least 1-2 years of experience as a PA or NP in Interventional Radiology or a highly procedural specialty.

Licensure: Current Georgia PA or NP License (or eligibility to obtain).

Skills: Proficiency in sterile technique and image-guided procedures is required.

Tech: Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
