Growing radiology group in the popular Charlotte, North Carolina area is seeking a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join their expanding practice! Ideal candidates will have experience in interventional radiology, critical care, or a surgical subspecialty with OR training.

This group has a great history of training and is focused on finding candidates who are self-motivated, willing to learn, and passionate about interventional radiology.

Responsibilities:

• Full-time position - Interventional Radiology
• Monday-Friday
• No weekends, no nights, no on-call duties
• Collaborate with a fantastic team of board-certified radiologists and advanced practice providers
• Perform procedures such as thoracentesis, paracentesis, placement and removal of PICC lines, tunneled catheters and ports, CT guided biopsies, ultrasound-guided biopsies, and more
• Obtain comprehensive health histories and perform complete physical examinations during hospitalization
• Develop patient treatment plans and educate patients about discharge care
• Communicate patient status information, attend daily rounds, and document progress in the electronic medical record

Qualifications:

• North Carolina Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with hands-on procedures and/or surgical assisting
• Proficient with EMR systems
