Physician Assistant | Inpatient Pulmonary | Part Time | Marietta, GA

Wellstar Medical Group is seeking an inpatient Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Wellstar Pulmonary Medicine. Wellstar Pulmonary Medicine is a well-established, 60+ physician practice with offices throughout the Metro Atlanta area and integration with all Wellstar Hospitals. The practice includes all aspects of pulmonary medicine, including critical care, sleep medicine, outpatient pulmonary, interventional pulmonary, pulmonary rehab, and clinical research.

This position:

• Part-time inpatient position
• It will require 40 hours per two-week pay period. This encompasses 2 12-hour shifts (7am - 7pm) and 2 8-hour shift (7am-3pm)
• No nights or call
• Job requirements include collaborating with physicians attending to complete inpatient rounding, assist with new consults and perform bedside procedures
• Covers four hospitals: Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, Cobb Hospital in Austell, Douglas Hospital in Douglasville, and Paulding Hospital in Hiram
• Must be an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant
• Active or eligible for a GA State Medical License
