Job description
We are a large, physician-owned group expanding in North Chicago and are looking for passionate and dedicated providers to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity to work with respiratory patients in a post-acute setting, with a flexible schedule and generous compensation package.

Preferred Experience (but not required):
- Experience working with respiratory patients in an acute, post-acute, or pulmonologist office setting.
- Skilled nursing facility experience.
- Knowledge of respiratory disease states.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.
- Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirements.
- Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
