Saint Francis Health System in Tulsa, Oklahoma is actively seeking experienced and motivated Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to join our growing Pulmonary Critical Care team. This position offers the opportunity to practice at the top of your license in a high-acuity ICU setting, working alongside a collaborative team of physicians and APPs in our closed medical intensive care units.
Whether on day or night shift, APPs play a key role in patient care, procedures, and rapid response in our 16-bed and 18-bed ICUs on 4 East and 5 East. The structure and responsibilities are designed to provide autonomy, support, and professional growth.
Job Responsibilities
• Respond to all code blues and ICU emergencies.
• Manage consults and ICU admissions/holds.
• Assist with patient discharges within the unit.
• No formal rounding required during night shifts.
Working Hours
• The Pulmonary Critical Care consult service is where APPs will perform procedures.
• 7 on/7 off, 7p-7a
• 4 East and 5 East: Closed Medical ICUs with 16 and 18 beds, respectively.
• Other ICUs (e.g., cardiac and neuro trauma) are managed by their respective specialty teams
