• We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA-C) for a flexible part-time 1099 opportunity in a well-established outpatient behavioral health practice in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina.
• This role offers a collaborative clinical environment with strong operational support, allowing providers to focus on delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care.

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Prior experience in psychiatry or behavioral health preferred
• Eligible for credentialing with commercial insurance plans
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care approach
Working Hours
• Flexible hybrid schedule (telehealth + in-office)
• Minimum 1 day per week; flexible up to 2–3 days/week
Skills
• Expertise in medication management and treatment planning
• Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
