Seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join a growing group practice in Tyler, Texas. This role focuses on providing psychiatric care in skilled nursing facilities with a flexible schedule and strong support.
Position Highlights:
Full-time schedule: 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
Rounding in skilled nursing facility (short-term units)
Remote documentation within 48 hours using provided iPad or laptop
Flexible scheduling with strong autonomy
Supportive clinical and administrative team
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility staff
Ensure timely and accurate documentation
Qualifications:
Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Active Texas license
DEA preferred but not required
Experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
Expected annual compensation: $153,000 – $181,000 with uncapped productivity income potential
