Job description
Job description
Are you a Mental Health Psychiatric Physician Assistant seeking autonomy, flexibility, and the support?
This opportunity allows you to practice psychiatry your way while making a meaningful impact across post-acute and long-term care settings.
You will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and behavioral health support across eight skilled nursing facilities, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized treatment plans and deliver consistent follow-up care.
Enjoy a W2 position with a customizable schedule—typically one facility per day, no time clock, no minimum hours, and once rounding is complete, your day is yours.
Compensation includes a base salary with uncapped earning potential paid biweekly, flexible paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package with 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and enhanced benefits.
You’ll be supported by a robust infrastructure with extensive back-office and local management support, plus a company-issued iPad for seamless remote access and collaboration.
Qualified candidates must hold an active Washington PMHNP or Psychiatric PA license with independent practice and billing capability, a current Washington DEA registration, strong clinical judgment and communication skills, and a passion for improving mental health outcomes in post-acute and long-term care environments.
