Full Time (3.5 - 5 days/week)

Overview:
Location: Spokane, Washington
Position: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant
Employment type: W2
Schedule: Monday–Friday with flexible start times
Practice model: Round-and-go (typically one facility per day)
No time clock and no minimum hours; once rounding is complete, the day is yours
Compensation:
Compensation model: Fee-for-Service (FFS)
Estimated annual compensation range: $144,982 – $171,978
No cap on productivity income potential
Base salary with uncapped compensation paid biweekly
What You’ll Do:
Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and behavioral health support
Serve residents across eight skilled nursing facilities
Collaborate with facility care teams to create individualized treatment plans
Deliver consistent follow-up care to improve emotional and psychological well-being
What We’re Looking For:
Active Washington PMHNP or Psychiatric PA license with independent practice and billing capability
Current Washington DEA registration
Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
Passion for improving mental health in post-acute and long-term care settings
