Become part of a collaborative behavioral health team that includes three Psychiatrists, eight Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, and Psychotherapists dedicated to providing exceptional mental health care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Position Highlights:
* Flexible work schedule: 4-day/10-hour or 5-day/8-hour shifts per week
* Clinic hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
* Outpatient only — *no call responsibilities*
* Option for full-time onsite or hybrid remote schedule
* Work alongside an experienced, multidisciplinary behavioral health team

What We’re Seeking in a Candidate
* Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
* Ability to obtain and maintain Washington State licensure
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, patient-first approach
* Commitment to accurate documentation and maintaining comprehensive patient records
