Full time
We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join a dynamic behavioral health team at a regional referral center hospital in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
Ideal Candidate
* Strong focus on quality, safety, teamwork, and patient satisfaction
* Experience working with behavioral health patients and their families
Position Highlights
* Collaborative care model including psychiatrists, nurses, pharmacists, therapists, and nurse navigators
* 28-bed unit with an average daily census of 12–14 patients per NP
* Full-time schedule: 7 on / 7 off, totaling 168 shifts per year
