• 100% Outpatient
• Onsite 4-day work week
• Income potential of $154k+
• 10-12 total patients per day
• No call and no weekends required
• Cases are typically mild to moderate and medication management
• EPIC EMR
• Minimum crisis work
• Sign-on bonus is $25,000 and relocation assistance is up to $10,000.
