Monday-Friday; 8a-5p clinic and/or day call
3 weeks on/3 weeks off starting January 22nd
Call rotation: 1:4
Reason for coverage: to help fill in for a Provider that is leaving the unit.
Practice Setting: Inpatient Behavioral Health, hospital consults
Average number of patients per day: 8-11
Total number of beds: 28 adult, 8 adolescent
Child/adolescent ages to be seen: 8-17
Ages 8+
2 APPs in practice and 1 in the ER
PA will be working autonomously
EMR: Cerner
Level III Trauma

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 days
