Our client, a top teaching hospital in New York City, is hiring a Physician Assistant (PA), Primary Care for Psychiatry Department.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care to a psychiatric population
• Provide medical care for inpatient services in the Behavioral Health Department
• Work closely with psychiatric residents and attendings to provide medical care to a diverse patient population
• Provides medical coverage in CPEP as needed

• Current New York State registration as a Physician Assistant
• Current New York State Physician Assistant License
• Current certification issues by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Experience or training in Psychiatry preferred
