Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a post-acute care team in the Tucson, Arizona area. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an experienced NP or PA, preferably with a background in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, offering strong clinical support, autonomy, and uncapped earning potential.
Position Highlights:
Full-time schedule, five days per week
Rounding in skilled nursing facilities
Fee-for-service compensation model with uncapped productivity income

No primary night call

Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments including medical histories and physical exams
Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans
Monitor patient progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies
Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Active Arizona license and DEA
Two or more years of NP or PA experience preferred
PM&R or physiatry experience strongly preferred
Experience in post-acute, acute, emergency, rehabilitation, or clinic settings preferred
Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Collaborative, team-oriented approach
Compensation & Benefits:
Fee-for-service compensation model
Estimated annual compensation range of $143,000 – $171,000
