Bilingual Pediatric Physician Assistant (PA)

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary range: $90,000 to $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Productivity bonuses paid quarterly – up to $3,600 annually
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are negotiable

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient pediatric care to patients from birth through age 21
  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 or 5:30 PM (one slightly longer day), Friday: half day
  • Average of 18–20 patients per day
  • Perform well-child checks, sick visits, immunizations, and chronic disease management
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff
  • Utilize eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR system
  • Support ongoing quality initiatives and patient-centered care standards

Requirements

  • Licensed as a Physician Assistant in the State of Florida
  • Board Certified as a Physician Assistant
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates with strong pediatric rotations considered
  • Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
