Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: $90,000 to $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Productivity bonuses paid quarterly – up to $3,600 annually
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are negotiable

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient pediatric care to patients from birth through adolescence
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 or 5:30 PM (one slightly longer day) and Friday: half day
- Average of 18–20 patients per day
- Perform well-child checks, sick visits, immunizations, and chronic disease management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including physicians, NPs, and support staff
- Utilize eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR system
- Participate in quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives
Requirements
- Licensed as a Physician Assistant in the State of Florida
- Board Certified as a PA-C with pediatric experience
- New graduates considered with strong pediatric rotations
- Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
