PATIENT INFORMATION
- Average Daily Volume: 18–20 patients per day
- Case Mix: Pain management follow-ups, new patient evaluations, medication management
FACILITY INFORMATION
- EMR System: Epic
- Specialty Backup Available: Supervising physician onsite 3 days per week for collaboration, consultation and clinical support
- Support Staff Available: Registered nurses, experienced support staff
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active South Carolina license and DHEC registration
- Other Qualifications: EPIC experience required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in collaboration with registered nurses and supervising physician.
- Manage an average daily schedule of 18–20 patients, including follow-up visits and new patient evaluations.
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
- Provide medication management in accordance with clinical protocols and regulations.
- Document patient assessments, treatment decisions, and care plans accurately and promptly.
