Per Diem NP Pain Management opening in Coos Bay, OR
Located in Coos Bay, OR - Eugene 110m; Portland 220m
Per-Diem
Seeking Nurse Practitioner
Overview:
* Opportunity to provide addiction medicine and pain management services in an outpatient setting
* Evaluate and treat new and established patients through office-based EM visits
* Perform pre- and post-operative evaluations
* Manage addiction treatment including medication-assisted treatment (MAT), motivational counseling, urine toxicology testing, and coordination with social and wraparound services
* Provide pain management services including image-guided joint injections, nerve blocks, opioid education, safe prescribing practices, opioid rotations, and opioid substitution therapies
* Work closely under the direction of an experienced CRNA with addiction and pain board certification
* Fast-paced clinical environment
* Expected patient volume approximately 28 patients per day
* Initial schedule of 3 clinic days per week
* EMR: Epic
